Exciting New Junior Fitness Clubs

To assist you with your plans for the start of the next acedemic year please find below samples of the exciting Fitness Programmes for Primary aged children from bpm active, including the new Zumbatomic!

bpm active’s GXFitness Programmes for 4-16 year olds are taught with current safe and effective training principles and provide fun and challenging workouts for all ability levels.  Led by professionally qualified instructors, these workouts are an excellent way for young people to engage with physical activity and try out new fitness and dance styles.

Coming from September...ZUMBATOMIC!!
bpm active will be launching the new Zumbatomic® fitness programme for kids from September!. It’s a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba programme’s moves (salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and more) and high-octane workouts designed to let kids ages 4-12 max out on fun and fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the Zumbatomic groove. Watch their energy and fitness levels soar as they get the groove.

Club active 8
Club activ8 is an eight-week Health and Fitness programme consisting of exciting fitness concepts fused with healthy living and nutritional guidance through a personal workbook and active challenges.  Conducted during school hours, each weekly module has links with the National Curriculum and aims to encourage children to remain active by offering fun reward schemes.

We can also offer more specialised sessions such as Yoga and Pilate's inspired stretch classes designed for any age group.
