New Jump Rope/Dodgeball Workshops

We have pleasure forwarding details of our new Jump Rope and Dodegball workshops available to pupils, teachers and support staff together with all those involved in physical activity in the community.

We have a range of practical, effective and economical half-day or one-day workshops for pupils and also 3 hour professional development training for adults, all conducted by experienced tutors and aimed at giving a practical introduction to the skills of skipping and Dodgeball.

Participants learn in a relaxed environment; there is no pressure to perform, but plenty of opportunity to practise skills and ask questions. Skipping and Dodgeball are excellent activities for P.E. lessons, for the playground and for after school clubs. Free British Heart Foundation educational resources are used within the workshops to reinforce key health messages and will be left with teachers to use in the classroom.

We have over  20 years experience and in the last three years alone have worked with more than 31,211 participants and close to 2,776 organisations/schools and we know how popular skipping and Dodgeball are with both young people and adults. They can also contribute to the ‘Five hour offer’.

For more information please see the attached flyer or to book a workshop please complete the attached Workshop Option Form and return as soon as possible.
