Child Safety Week – We want to hear from you!
A big thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s Child Safety Week. We had fantastic support throughout the country and great coverage in the local and regional press, on websites and via local radio.
If you participated in the Week in any way, please let us know. We are keen to hear about what you did and the success of the activity. Your feedback really is invaluable in helping us to plan for future campaigns and make sure we are providing the resources that help you most.
Everyone who fills in the evaluation form will be entered into our free prize draw where you could win:
- one of four prizes of £50 Love2shop vouchers, accepted at over 20,000 stores
- £50 worth of your choice of Child Accident Prevention Trust vouchers
There are two versions of the evaluation form. You can download both versions from http://www.childsafetyweek.org.uk/evaluation-form/. One is a writeable version that you can complete and email to us at safe@capt.org.uk.
